I'm sorry, your policy is declined.....

You may want to wait for the right time to kick start your financial planning or you may think is the least priority in your journey right now.

But, when is the right time?

I would like to share 2 case studies reiterating the importance of getting health insurance as early as possible while you're still healthy, do your review yearly and take your own financial planning seriously.

I met Mr C in a roadshow setting and he decided to take up some plans with me after our meet up. He told me "Lisa, I've never thought of all these and just want to enjoy my life till I met you and heard your sharing. I thought I should start to do something."

So, one of the plans is the non-negotiable Integrated Shield Plan to cover costly hospital bills. He is declined to be covered.

At the age of 35 years, he has very high BMI and Gout.

On the other side, due to increasing premium of Co. A, Mr Z decided to switch over his Integrated Shield to me but he had an eye surgery 2yrs ago as a result of an accident happened during his dance class.

The switch didn't cover his eyes because he did not follow through his post-post-hospitalization treatment and did not have a full discharge memo from the doctor.

😧 😫 are the emotions that you do not wish to have the moment you think you're ready to take your financial planning seriously. As you may think you can buy anytime you want.

I hope this post will help you to have more open conversations with your consultant as we really strive to make a positive impact in your life. Even with existing conditions, we may be able to provide alternatives.

The last thing we want is our clients giving up because they find it too troublesome till the unforeseen day arrives and they had to exhaust their whole savings or may ended up in debts to pay the increasing medical and treatment bills.
